FAA Certified Drone Pilot specializing in conducting comprehensive video and written aerial surveys for real estate teams. These surveys are designed to assess properties before their acquisition, serving as a critical step in evaluating land for potential tear-downs or remodels.
This aerial report was designed to provide real estate teams with a perspective of the property in question. This approach aims to simulate the perspectives from the first, second, third and fourth (if needed) stories of a building, providing comprehensive visual documentation of the property from various heights.
